Oscar de la Renta accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged merchandise with all original tags attached within 30 days of the delivery date. Please note that evening wear and final sale items may be subject to specific restrictions to ensure the integrity of our luxury collections.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in the original designer packaging and shipping box, ensuring all original tags, hangers, and dust bags are included.
Ship the Item
Affix the prepaid return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a complimentary pickup through our concierge service.
Processing and Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves the return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
